The West Bay Sanitary District, a Special District established under the policies of the State of California Health and Safety Code, provides a courtesy sewer cleaning service upon request when there is a conforming and accessible property line cleanout. The District always maintains our mainline sewers. The District provides 24-hour emergency  service to residents within its service area when they experience problems with the sewer system.
