Mr. Walker is a native of Menlo Park, and attended local schools before going to Saint Mary’s College of California, where he received his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a minor in Economics. He began his career working for 3Com and Palm in the InterOperability Lab. Mr. Walker is currently a Project Manager / Estimator for Malcolm Drilling Company, Inc. which specializes in installing foundation systems for large buildings and bridges throughout the United States. Mr. Walker was elected to the WBSD Board of Directors in November 1999 and served as the Secretary of the Board from 2002 – 2014.
