Debra Fisher joined the West Bay team in 2020 as Finance Manager.  Debra has 23 years of experience in governmental finance.  Before joining the West Bay Team, Debra worked with educational agencies, including 20 years with joint powers agencies providing risk pooling for school districts in California.

Education: Masters of Business Administration, California State Hayward.  Bachelor’s of Science in Business, with a concentration in Accounting, San Jose State University.    

Responsibilities: Debra is responsible for the District’s financial reporting, budgeting, cash management and oversees accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll.
