This project includes rehabilitation and replacement of sanitary sewer mains by Open Trench Construction, Pipe Bursting, Pipe Patches, and Curted-in-Place Pipe at various locations in City of Menlo Park, Town of Atherton, and Unincorporated areas in San Mateo County. The District awarded the project to Casey Construction, Inc. of Emerald Hills on March 8, 2023 in the amount of $3,417,014.43. The construction started in June 2023 and is anticipated to be completed in February 2024.

channels of communication to all members of the public. As part of this commitment, West Bay Sanitary District
